John completed the RMT program at Vancouver Career College and also registered with the College of Massage Therapists of BC. John has also practiced and registered with the Massage Therapist Association of Nova Scotia prior to his registration in BC.
In addition to treating overuse injuries, headaches, and injuries from motor vehicle accidents, he also treats musculoskeletal pain. He helps his patients relieve discomforts and pain that affect their daily living by recognizing their needs and creating treatment plans to meet those needs.
Dedicated to his work, John uses Swedish, Myofascial Release (MFR), Trigger Point Release (TrP), joint mobilizations, and stretching exercises. He is also interested in taking continued education to expand his skills.
Outside of work, John enjoys amateur photography when taking long drives, and also enjoys sampling new foods with good friends.
