Yaletown Wellness is pleased to offer Direct Billing to selected insurance companies. Once you provide us with your extended benefits insurance information, we can submit your treatment costs for direct reimbursement, saving you time, and reducing your out of pocket expenses. With direct billing, your insurance provider will provide the exact amount that your benefits plan will pay and any amounts remaining you are responsible for.
We offer this service at no extra charge. Please be aware that we can’t guarantee direct billing at every appointment due to issues with the individual benefits plan, problems with the online submission web-portal, or clinic logistic considerations.
We can direct bill the following insurance companies:
Great West Life / Canada Life
Pacific Blue Cross
Sun Life Financial
And many more
This is great news! All you have to do is bring your policy and plan/member numbers and we can directly bill for you!
At any time if your insurance company is not indicated above we will provide you with a receipt so you may claim directly through your provider's app, web submission, or mail-in options.
Your insurance company may ask us to ask clients to manually submit their invoices individually for reimbursement due to confidential coverages.
Extended health benefits vary from plan to plan. Please check your benefits booklet or contact your insurance provider in order to be clear on the details of your coverage. To receive Extended Health Benefits insurance reimbursement, please submit your receipts to your provider directly. We recommend that you submit your receipts regularly - every 3 months or so is a good habit to get into.
