I've been struggling with tight hips and tension in my back and shoulders from working a desk job and a previous very stressful position. I was recommended to make an appointment with Adam for Osteopathy and I could not recommend him more highly. Within a few minutes of discussing what troubled me, Adam was able to pinpoint my trouble areas and started on releasing as much tension and pressure as he could. He was very thorough and very careful not to hurt me while cracking my back even though I was a bit apprehensive, with it being my first time. It's been a few days now since my appointment and I have honestly not felt such relief in the longest time. I will most definitely be going back to see Adam! He knows what he is doing!

I never done acupuncture before and I wasn't too sure how it worked, but Melanie really made me feel comfortable that I didn't even notice she already started adding the needles in. What a great experience I had today with Andy and Shawn, I've been to numerous of wellness clinic's but they knew where exactly the points were and I feel amazing. Their combination of acupuncture and massage is awesome! DEFINITELY coming back for these two again! :) HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !
