New Contactless Payment System!
Yaletown Wellness is excited to announce our new streamlined touchless payment system which allows you to pay in a contact-free way.
Credit card data is not visible to or stored with Yaletown Wellness. It is handled directly with the Jane Payments processer, Stripe payments.
Instructions for adding a credit card on file are at the bottom of this page.
If you wish to pay be debit card we'd be happy to help help you at the front reception desk upon arrival to the clinic.
How to securely add your credit card to your account:
You may add a credit card on file from your “My Account” area in Jane. This account area can be accessed by clicking here and logging in.
Click the "Sign or Sign Up" button on the top of the online booking site.
Click the “My Account” button in the top right corner of the online booking site.
Once logged in, you can navigate to the “Credit Cards on File” area, followed by the “Add New Card” button. Click the “Add New Card” button to provide your credit card information. You’ll need to provide a credit card number, expiration date, CVC number, and address associated with the credit card.
When you’re all done, click “Save Credit Card”.
And that’s it! If you check the “Credit Cards on File” area again, you’ll see the card that was added. This card can then be charged by the practitioner or reception staff before or after an online or in-person treatment.
